Retro Manager 90 is a fast, feature-rich football management game inspired by the golden age of PC management sims. You run the touchline, shape the squad, control the budget, and chase silverware through a complete league pyramid — in your browser, no install required.
A solo project
I build Retro Manager on my own — design, code, and content. This is my first game, and I'm learning as I go: shipping features, fixing bugs, and trying to keep the “one more season” feeling alive without turning the game into a chore.
Feedback on GitHub or via the in-site feedback link genuinely helps shape what ships next.

Match Engine & Tactical Control
Minute-by-minute simulation with live commentary, momentum, and tactical battle feedback.
In-match tactical changes: formation, style, substitutions, and half-time team talks that shift zone emphasis by the score at the break (effects fade through the second half).
Weather, derbies, injuries, and cards all feed directly into outcomes.

Four-division league pyramid with promotion and relegation pressure.
Staff system (coach, physio, scout) plus assistant discovery and proactive scouting alerts.

Economy, Transfers, and Infrastructure
Transfer windows, bidding, counters, shortlists, and contract decisions — with busier deadline weeks and a safety check if you advance while deals are still open.
Club finances across gate receipts, wages, taxes, sponsorship, and spending.
Stadium upgrades, naming, and infrastructure projects that affect your club identity.
